Two young trolls stand in the dark laboratory. One looking pretty well at ease and the other rather agitated and well… "pissed off".

"SOLLUX, CAN WE HURRY UP AND GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD?" Karkat, the shorter troll beckoned at the other. The one known as Sollux, shifted his bi coloured glasses up the rim of his nose.

"Oh 2hut up, kk. _____ doe2n't know we're iin her ba2ement u2ing her lab." he hissed through his fangs. Karkat growled deeply before sitting cross-legged on the engraved platform. He didn't know why he even agreed to this, it all seemed dumb and unnecessary, but in a way he was bored out of his mind. So why the hell not?

"Alriight. All of your genetiic iinfo iis iin the computer. 2o thii2 2hould be ea2y." Sollux muttered to himself as he tampered on the computer. Karkat started to feel uneasy. Not feeling confident anymore, he stands up.

"S-SOLLUX WHAT DO YOU MEAD 'SHOULD BE'?" He asks with a small crack in his voice. Chuckling, Sollux shushed him and pulled the lever, trapping Karkat in a giant glass (breathable) container.

Good thing it was sound proof because the young cancer troll busted out on a profanity parade as he knocked on the glass barking to be let free. Sollux laughed as he watched his friend before turning his gaze to the computer and continuing the frantic typing.

"Okay, so thi2 2hould be able to create a clone of you…" he sighed before giving a bone chilling grin and hitting 'enter'.

Before he knew it, a bright yellow light emitted from the container Karkat was trapped in and lit up the whole room.

Buzzing and eerie pitched noises filled the room as the lights flickered and light from the computer waved and fizzed.

Oh will Sollux be getting an ear full from _____.

It all stopped when all the power went out.

"SOL! KAR! WHAT WAS THAT?!" _____ called from upstairs.

Need I even say how much shit they were in now?

Sollux hissed.

"2hiit… UH, NOTHIING! BEE RIIGHT UP!" he hollered back before running to the contraption and pushing the glass away from Karkat.

"kk! Kk! Where are you?" he asked looking around.

"GAH, MY HEAD. FUCK SOLLUX WHAT DID YOU DO? NYAN."

Sollux froze.

Did Karkat just…nyan?

"kk, what the fuck wa2 that?"

"I-I DUNNO--- JEGUS FUCK! I HAVE A FUCKING TAIL!"

In a panic, Sollux brought out his phone and turned it on so the light gave off enough to see Karkat and what he's done. At the sight, he tried his hardest not to snicker.

"PFT!…kk…kk…ii don't mean to alarm you…but…." Sollux broke out into small syllables of chuckles. The cancer troll becoming irritated.

"WHAT? ALARM ME ABOUT WHAT?"

Sollux turned on a mirror app with a flashlight and showed Karkat what happened.

In the reflection was a fluffy grey cat with yellow eyes and a long fluffy tail.

"SOL. WHY ARE YOU SHOWING ME A PICTURE OF THIS EARTH CREATURE?" Karkat asked puzzled as he looked up at his friend. "AND WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU SO TALL?"

Sollux now had to burst into laughter.

"AHAHAHAH! Oh gog kk! You're that earth creature!" He laughed. Karkat froze.

'NO…NO WAY. OH GOG NO!'

"ST-TOP LAUGHING!"

Sollux shook his head. "ii…ii can't!"

Karkat's fur flared as he wobble/trotted to the basement stairs that lead upstairs.

"OH I AM SOO TELLING _____ ABOUT THIS SHIT!" he hissed before running upstairs. Sollux felt a huge stone drop on his head. He knew, KNEW, ____ would be furious about this. In a panic, he dashed after the feline troll.

"kk! Waiit, man! Hold up!" he called running around the house. The only place he hasn't checked yet was ____ bedroom. 'Oh gog, no.'

He busted through the door with out warning.

He stopped to see what he was staring at.

There was _____, sitting comfortably at her computer desk with the cat in arms. Smiling she hugged it more squishing the cat to her chest. Unbeknownst to ____, that was Karkat.

"Oh, hey Sol. Fixed the power! By the way! Look at this cute little thing!" she laughed as she affectionately rubbed his head. Karkat purred and nuzzled her chest soon shooting a sly smirk at the Gemini troll.

Sollux glared at him harshly.

To put it plain, both trolls had 'flushed' or 'red' feelings for the girl.

_____ tilted her head at the distained look on Sollux's face.

"Hey, Sol, what's up man? You look pissed!" she chuckled before getting up and walking to him. Sol shook his head.

"Nothiing, ju2t pii22ed off at a certaiin a22hole." he hissed at the cat. Karkat purred and stuck his tiny tongue out.

____ rolled her eyes before handing the cat over to Sollux. He looked at her with a puzzled expression.

"I've gotta go and meet up with Kanaya. She's helping me get ready for tomorrows party. Y'know, Tav's birthday and all." she laughed before grabbing her bag and walking towards the door.

"Keep watch over the cat! And tell Karkat to clean up while I'm gone, kay?" she called before walking out.

The two stared at the door for a bit before looking at each other. Sollux grinned evilly as Karkat gulped.

"WELL. SHIT." he sighed. Sollux held Karkat by the scruff as he walked back down to the lab.
